Awful. Well never order from them again. placed order on November 23, 2024 to arrive on December 18, 2024 never arrived called was assured it would be delivered by December 23, 2024 didnt arrive called again today had to pay additional money was made aware it wouldnt arrive by Christmas and had to pay extra money for shipping for it to arrive on December 27, 2024 have never received an email verifying this

Bad pears with brown areas

no response from company. I am a long time customer and these pairs had brown areas at the top of five pairs. These were extra large pairs and I think organic, that was sent to me by Rosemarie Axton of Monterey California.
I would like this issue resolved with replacement for the bad pairs.

I tried for several phone calls over a month. Left many messages sent an email contacted the website, but finally when I got through to Earl, he resolved it. I had spoken to Christine much earlier who also said she would resolve it, but didn’t. Extremely frustrating for no good reason
