Ordered wine delivery which required an adult to sign for. Arranged to have someone present and left numbers as requested for contact.

No arrival, no call, no tag left on door to pickup. Next day same issue. Contact Harry and David and they blamed FedEx but I believe their error. To make matters worse they promised an apology letter but recipient never received.

Ordered an item that didn't require signature (Popcorn) which they charged us more? The low part was offering us 20% discount for another additional item if we purchased and not adding the offer of 15% discount for our first item. Politely replied no thank you...

Delivery completed 5 days after intended date. Left us a little embarrassed for our close friend 60th Birthday we only sent popcorn.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $56.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Shipping and customer service departments are horrible, Delivery guarantee.
