I received my order on 12/19/17 the Christmas Gift Basket item #27260X priced @ $79.99 The order was packed with horrible smelling excelsior, which is Flammable. The pears, candy and cookies smell so horrible that we could not eat any of the items.

The pears were banged up and scarred and not looking at all like the beautiful picture Harry and David show. So disappointing! On 12/20/17, I and spoke with Amanda about the issue. She said her supervisor assured me the $79.99 will be returned to my Master Card in 3-5 days.

I haven't gotten it yet. I will never order from them again.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $8000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Choosing delivery date, Customer service was very apologetic over and over again.

I didn't like: I expect better for the price, Pears are poor quality, Packageing is bad quality, Excelsior used for packaging smells bad.
