I selected a date for same day delivery through Harry & David. Their system charged me an additional $20 to do that.

The order did not go out until the next day. The customer service representation admitted the mistake was made by their system but only reimbursed me 50% of THIER MISTAKE. I have ordered with this company for many years and would have been willing to overlook this error had the full additional shipping charge been reimbursed.

However, this blatant fraudulent behavior has made me feel that I will not ever order through this company again. I have attached a photo of the chat discussion with customer service.
