I ordered the Signature tower and Deluxe Tower online. One was said to arrive today and one on Monday.

The Signature tower came today. I opened the box and there was only 3 pears instead of six. I called customer service right away. A guy named Garret is by far the rudest man i have encountered this new year!!!

I stated my complaints and i told him that in the future “please make sure all orders are complete before delivering” he answered me rudely and gave a lengthy explanation of their excellent workers at H&D. He said he will aend me the other 3 pears and it will arrive on January 16. I asked if that can be expedite. He said yes for additional $9.99.

I told him no. After that he tried to sell me truffles to add to my orders. I told him no.

I just said to him to deliver the pears and I’ll wait for ir on January 16th. Angry
